Who we are
This site is operated by Globallab Paper Co. L.L.C-FZ, a Limited Liability Company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Government of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (License No. 2647178.01). When this policy says "we" or "Globallab," it means Globallab Paper Co. L.L.C-FZ and its representative offices in Almaty and Dubai.
What information we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to your inquiry and fulfill your order:
- Inquiry details — name, phone number, email, company name, country and any product or quantity information you choose to share when contacting us by WhatsApp, email or our contact form.
- Order & shipping details — billing address, delivery port or address, customs identifiers and any documents needed to clear your shipment.
- Basic technical data — anonymous server logs (IP address, browser, page visited) used only to keep the site running and protect against abuse.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or rent your data.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and send quotes, datasheets and certificates.
- To process and ship orders, including coordinating with the manufacturer and freight partners.
- To meet customs, tax and accounting requirements where the law requires us to keep records.
- To communicate with you about an order in progress, or — only if you've asked — about future product availability.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum information needed to fulfill your order with:
- Our manufacturing partner (Lucky Healthcare / Baoding Lekai International Co., Ltd., China) when they need shipping or customs details to dispatch your order.
- Freight forwarders, customs brokers and courier companies handling your shipment.
- Banks and payment processors used for international wire transfers.
- Government authorities, when we are legally required to (e.g. customs declarations, tax filings).
We do not share your contact details with marketing companies. We do not allow partners to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
International transfers
Globallab is based in the UAE. To produce, ship and document goods, your data may be transferred to China (where the manufacturer is located) and to other countries along the shipping route. We rely on contractual safeguards and only share what is necessary for your order.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to a completed order — invoices, shipping documents, customs records — are kept for the period required by UAE accounting and tax law (currently five years), after which they are securely destroyed.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and similar laws applicable in your country, you can:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it.
- Withdraw consent at any time for communications you previously agreed to.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request." We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site uses only the technical cookies needed to remember your language preference and to keep the site working. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Updates
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top of the page tells you when it was last updated. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least 30 days.
